Orders are shipped through UPS and USPS. I try to ensure cookies arrive no later than 2-3 days after they are baked. To make this possible, cookies are frozen and packaged the same day they are baked. They are then shipped the same day or day after. Tracking numbers are emailed as soon as they are shipped. Damaged goods or shipping issues are unfortunately out of my control but I will do whatever I can to make sure you have the best experience as possible.
